fabric inspection
Our qualified and competent judgement of fabrics is one of the essential criterions to ensure our high quality standard. Every single metre is visually inspected and all faults are documented.

washing facilities
Our washing department has washing and tumbling machines in different sizes. All IPSO washing machines are controlled and operated electronically. All ingredients can be added or reproduced by six metering pumps at any time. Fabric swatches or garments from customers are washed by using the most modern process engineering. The support of exact washing instructions or recommendations is possible at any time.

laboratory
Our quality inspection is individualised for every quality and customer and compared with the individual quality standards. The colours and shades of all incoming fabrics are tested visually and with our “Datacolor” tester directly. The physical and most chemical test are made in our own laboratory on the basis of DIN-EN ISO, M&S and ASTM standards and sometimes or on request even at independent and certificated testing laboratories.
All qualities are certificated by Eco-Tex standard 100.
